Next time I am in Kalamazoo, I will definitely dine here again! The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! The portion sizes were perfect too. Great place to take your family or any group of people. The place was packed though but my group of 5 and I went on a Sunday afternoon, so I guess that was to he expected. Yeah, this place was great! Everyone at my table had nothing but nice things to say about this restaurant and the food.

The place needs to be shut down. The servers are friendly and nice and prompt. The management, and the owner are CLOWNS. We waited over an hour for our food. After the server brought our food, we could actually hear her talk to the manager to try to comp the bill. The manager told her "they were told about the wait that's too bad". We get to the front to pay and they refused to discount the bill in any way. The manager went to get the owner and she comes to tell the that I should've had some common sense and we were told when we walked through the door that it would be a hour before we would be served food. This place needs to be closed, it's a disgrace to the community.

Hubby got the cheese blintz with peaches, it was amazing. I had french toast and eggs, delicious as well. Not diner prices.

Have gone to this place for years. Seen service decline for years. Today was the last day I will ever go there. Took 7 minutes to get acknowledged at the door. Another 7 minutes in the booth and still no drink order. Servers swarming all around us. We left. Have experienced the same lack of customer service at the Portage location. Everyone seems kinda rude and short with you.

My family of about 20 always go there and there food is absolutely incredible they have tons of types of pancakes and omelettes. There is more and all of the food is delicious.
